AZCAS at Talking Rock Ranch
Arizona Cultural Arts Society has selected Talking Rock Ranch for a unique partnership. This relationship will feature a series of nationally acclaimed artists on-location at TRR for cultural and entertainment events, including outdoor concerts on the lawns!
Arizona Cultural Arts Society (AZCAS), a Prescott-based non-profit organization, is dedicated to enriching our community through the production of cultural arts events including music, dance, visual arts, literature, and more. As part of this new initiative, TRR members are encouraged to join AZCAS through a tax-deductible donation to gain access to exclusive monthly events and performances.
AZCAS works closely with Arizona Philharmonic to secure amazing musicians and performers for this exciting new entertainment endeavor at TRR. Also based in Prescott, Arizona Philharmonic (AZ Phil) is a thriving cultural beacon in Arizona, with a roster of award-winning musicians from across the country. Your AZCAS membership will also support AZ Phil's initiatives to expand access to music for everyone across the greater Prescott area.

Exclusive opportunities to book private concerts with AZ Phil and other top rated musicians in your home. (Booked through AZCAS. Private concert reservations will need to be booked in advance and additional payment is required.)

Recognition as an official AZ Phil supporter on the orchestra’s website and printed in the 2024-2025 concert program.
Membership Details

Individual Membership: a $1,200 donation paid annually for 1 person.

Dual Membership: a $2,100 donation paid annually for 2 people, providing a 10% savings over an individual membership.

Membership donations are accepted via check or credit card and are due by May 30th in order to schedule the events and performances referenced above for 2024-2025.

Talking Rock Ranch will be managing AZCAS at TRR membership enrollment and will need to sign up at least 100 memberships by May 30th to implement a full year of unparalleled cultural events and performances exclusively at Talking Rock Ranch.

Your membership includes a donation which is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. AZCAS is a program of Chaparral Arts, a 501c3, non-profit organization. Charitable proceeds support AZCAS's mission to elevate Arizona communities through art and arts education.
Spreading the Word
Your help spreading the word is needed! In order to enable the Arizona Cultural Arts Society at TRR to commit to a year-long performance schedule that includes the exclusive events and member benefits listed above, the TRR community can collectively show its support by helping attract others to join in order to secure a minimum of 100 paid donation-based memberships.
100 Members Strong
Once we reach 100 AZCAS members, then we will request membership payment and the program will launch. At that time, we will share a detailed schedule of all the exciting events we have in store for 2024, including dates, times, and specific locations at Talking Rock.
