Q. What if I can't attend all AZCAS at TRR events?
A. You can designate someone to take your place.  They will just need to provide your name and membership number upon event entry.


Q. Can I bring another person?
A.  If you have a Dual Membership (which means two people in total), you can bring a second person whether they are family or friend.
 
Q. Can I pay for an individual event if I am not an AZCAS member?
A.  AZCAS at TRR is a member-based community, therefore a membership is required to enable access to AZCAS at TRR events.
 

 

Q. If I don’t attend all AZCAS at TRR events, will I get a refund?
A. AZCAS memberships are donation-based and not based on the purchase of individual events.  Your membership is to support a year-long cultural arts program at TRR and therefore, no portion of a membership is refundable.

 

Q.  What type of events can I expect to see as a member of AZCAS at TRR?
A.  Events will include dance/performing arts, visual arts, and literary arts.
 
Q. What happens if I join AZCAS at TRR and resign as a member of Talking Rock?
A. If you move locally, you can keep your membership(s) in AZCAS and still enjoy all the benefits, or you can allow others to attend the AZCAS at TRR events as long as your membership is in effect.
